Homemade Oxymels
What is oxymel?
OXYMEL - Oxymel is a healthy mixture of organic raw apple cider vinegar infused with different herbs and sweetened with honey made by our bees. We have 2 varieties available - Fire Cider Oxymel and Autumn Oxymel.
Fire Cider Oxymel
Fire Cider Oxymel
Sassy's basic fire cider in a pint jar (or equivalent sized jar) is made with homemade apple cider vinegar, horseradish root, ginger root, turmeric root, onion, garlic, lemon, cayenne pepper, jalapeno pepper, cinnamon sticks, and clove buds. The blend has mascerated for a minimum of four weeks, strained, and incorporated with our honey.
Usage suggestion: Adult - take one tablespoon or one ounce shot glass drink (it's very spicy!!) once a day. For more immune support, you may take two tablespoons (or two, one ounce shot glass drink) twice a day. Have a glass of water nearby as a chaser. I do not recommend this product for children. Please see my Autumn Oxymel for more sensitive palates.
